ARVENTIS Return & Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

To start a return, email support@arventisgolf.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before mailing your return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@arventisgolf.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

For exchanges, contact us before returning your item so we can help arrange the correct size or product.

This policy applies to purchases made directly from arventisgolf.com. For purchases through another marketplace, please initiate your return through that marketplace.
